RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Please verify the correct item size has been selected before completing the checkout process.  No refunds or exchanges will be offered.

 

INCORRECT / DAMAGED ITEM

We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact infotheinsomniaclub@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the incorrect or damaged item. We ask that you please include a photo of the item. Items not reported within 3 days will not be issued a replacement/refund. 

Items must not be washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged.

 

REVISING / CANCELING ORDERS

Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders. We can cancel a order and issue a refund as long as the items have NOT been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us at infotheinsomniaclub@gmail.com immediately.
